Situated in one of the most popular vilages in the Stewartry, Fairport provides excellent family accommodation close to the village facilities including two pub/hotels a seasonal shop and village hall. A very popular sailing centre with a marina and yacht club, the village is set in spectacular surroundings and would make an ideal base for exploring the area. There are several sandy beaches within easy access, sailing on the river and estuary or on nearby Loch Ken, excellent walking and cycling country (including part of the 7Stanes mountain bike network within a 5 minute drive) and within easy reach of a number of golf courses including the championship links course at Southerness.

First floor: Landing. Living room - L shaped with door to balcony commanding superb views to the south and west. Master bedroom with french doors to the balcony and Shower room off.
